Lessons from Camden, Ohio's Water emergency.

Most of the inhabitants of the United States take their overall water safety as a given; sure, some in the desert Southwest ensure that they will need to make choices between what fields to water, but very little to worry about where they will get their drinking water. Camden (Ohio), is a small town in the southwest corner of the State; in the summer of 2010 Camden residents began to notice that their tap water exhibited a salty taste. In the autumn of 2010, the city of Camden is faced with difficult choices.
